## _**Job Information**_
**Job Summary:**
The Program Specialist for the Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies is responsible for managing and executing the Know your Chicago program. He/She will work with Graham School program areas, alumni, the business community, arts and cultural institutions, and partners within UChicago and globally.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Know Your Chicago program and serve as primary contact on all administrative issues.
* Plan and manage the operation of and participation in the Know Your Chicago tour series; coordinate all committee members and hosting organizations, and facilitate tours and events.
* Coordinate programming and registration with an eye towards stewardship and budget considerations
* Gather and analyze data concerning programs, courses, and tour performance and write reports based upon the findings of the data before the beginning of the following yearly cycle to guide decisions
* Organize mailing list and institute new strategies towards organizing and maintaining our data
* Conduct market research on the internet and maintain summaries of competing and potential programs
* Prepare written recommendations based upon information gathered
* Ensure the school has the most up-to-date information tour partners and locations
* Make recommendations for improvements and change.

## _Additional Requirements_
**Education, Experience or Certifications:**
* Bachelor's degree required
* Master's or similar degree preferred
* A minimum of three years of relevant experience required
* Program or project management experience required
* Candidates must have experience in an academic environment committed to the highest level of academic standards of integrity and quality.
