**Delivery Executive - Healthcare Services - TEKsystems Global Services**

The Healthcare Delivery Executive position is a leadership position in the TEKsystems Global Services organization in which the individual will lead a portfolio of engagements and set account level direction for service delivery execution on the payer side. The Delivery Executive is expected to provide industry- and market-relevant thought leadership to VP and C-level customer stakeholders with respect to services opportunities, solution design and delivery operational management across the account.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working with a major industry customer to drive complex solutions. The successful candidate will have consulting leadership experience with a reputable service provider. The successful candidate will have managed P&L accountability for a portfolio with revenue in excess of 15 million dollars including driving improved gross profit margins.

This role may require up to 50% travel. **Must have Healthcare Payer or Property and Casualty experience.**

**Key Accountabilities and Priorities:**

Client Delivery and Relationship Management

* Drive industry and business-relevant dialogue for proposed and delivered services

* Stay abreast of industry and marketplace trends that may present opportunities or threats

* Serve as front line voice of delivery leadership; advocating for all represented services and advocate for services beyond the scope of initial sale

* Engage and influence director, VP- and C-level relationships to maintain favorable executive awareness

* Understand and interpret customer behavior, expectations and priorities against a complex and shifting landscape

* Translate service delivery results within the business context to drive for higher value perception

* Maintain ability to read the client audience and translate complex or technical concepts into non-technical language when necessary

* Identify and evaluate the competitive landscape within the customer. Identify opportunities to advance our position, recognize threats against our position, and understand clearly our strengths and weaknesses against the competition.

Solution Delivery

* Gain a clear understanding of customers' business requirements and their technical requirements

* Validate the approach and solution design proposed by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to manage their expectations and resolve business issues in a timely manner

* Facilitate internal communication and assemble solution delivery team(s) for new engagements

* Assemble key internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to cross-communicate on engagement details and opportunities for cross-delivery, innovation and expansion

* Ensure project status and budget information across project portfolio are reported and understand

* Track, manage and report on deliverable attainment and/or SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance

* Lead, manage, and collaborate with TEKsystems internal employees and stakeholders located in near shore, offshore, or domestic delivery centers and the practices to ensure engagement success

* Ensure team members manage risk, project scope, and deliver according to the terms and conditions of our contracts

* Ensure escalation procedures are documented and communicated to client, consultants, and managers

* Implement knowledge management strategy and communicate process and procedures.

* Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties.

* Identify and coordinate the change control process, identifying areas of efficiencies and consistencies among engagements

* Establish an environment of continuous improvement and leverage the TEKsystems value framework to engage the customer in a way that brings additional value to the customer and secures renewals and extensions

Account Management

* Partnership to devise, execute and iterate account strategy with local office team, Global Services Sales and Delivery, National and Product Sales

* Perform periodic customer, project, and solution "health checks" with client project team

* Ensure customer reference-ability and support on-going relationships

* Define and implement a Communication Plan that meets project and customer expectations.

* Develop and execute an Account Strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Service Design and Maintenance

* Collect and provide input into the design, development, implementation and improvement of service offerings and internal processes

* Work with shared services groups to improve and implement changes to project delivery processes, methodology, and back office procedures

Project Management

* Manage expectations for start date, schedule and ramp up time frame

* Ensure knowledge transfer from solution team to delivery team

* Ensure project team requirements are communicated and team is established

* Work closely with Project Management Office/Service Management Office and Global Practice Leadership to assign engagement managers and team members

* Ensures kick off and Project Management Life Cycle compliance throughout the engagements.

Business Support and Development

* Proactively develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholder

* Maintain an awareness of customer satisfaction through communication with customer and team

* Assist with mining additional opportunities based on intelligence gathered from the project team

* Conduct informal customer satisfaction surveys

* Assist Global Services in delivering formal customer satisfaction survey (who & when)

* Maintain a big picture awareness of other TEKsystems projects and potential best practices that may be applied or shared

* Accurately document the competitive landscape and report on threats to new opportunities as well as existing positioning

* Aid the customer in driving RFx activities necessary to improve their utilization of our services

**Required Education and/or Experience:**

* Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/IS (or related field)

* 10+ years' experience in information technology and/or professional services

* 10+ years' in IT service management providing daily operational oversight at an executive level within an global professional services environment

* IT Experience: Senior Consulting Manager, Architect, Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or other leadership role in consulting services delivery required

* Early career IT practitioner experience is a significant plus; Architect, Developer, Engineer, etc.

* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop a business case, to gather business requirements, and translate them into a customer solution when required

* Experience managing, delivering and administrating client professional services agreements including the change management process

* Successful experience facilitating offshore, multi-shore and multi-center delivery

* Industry recognized certifications, ITILv3, PMP, CAPM, Prince2, CCMP, CMI

* In depth understanding of Services Outsourcing, Professional Services, PMBOK. Business Analytics, Matrixed Environments
